Terminos de uso (TOU) de Sildabia, boceto de pixeles.
1.- Debes exponer el logo de miembro de SildabiaBP en tu sitio con un enlace a http://design.cuquialonso.es/SildabiaBP
2.-Dispones de 1 semana de tiempo, después de tu registro, para añadir el logo en tu página de miembros. Si en ese tiempo no lo añades, tu registro será cancelado.
3.- Si usted deja de ser miembro y sigue usando mis gráficos, y/o tubos en su sitio, debe poner un enlace en cada página que éstos salgan, hacia mi sitio.
4.- Esta totalmente prohibido y usted no puede compartir su nick ni contraseña con nadie. Si viola esta norma, será cancelada inmediatamente su membresía a mi sitio.
5.- Usted ha de tener una página web píxel activa y consolidada, para unirse a la zona miembro.
6.- Debes tener una dirección de correo válida para poder recibir tus pedidos e información.
7.- Si tienes una zona protegida, sitio privado, área de miembros, foro o grupo restringido, debes proporcionarme acceso permanente. No es para usar tu trabajo, es sólo para chequear si todos mis términos están siendo respetados.Necesito un nombre de usuario y contraseña para iniciar sesión en tu zona de miembros. Si no estás de acuerdo con esto, entonces no es posible que seas miembro de mi sitio.
8.- Debes tener activados en tu página web los scripts para la protección de mis imágenes y las imagines de otros artistas que comparto en mi zona, tales como: "no right click", "no image toolbar" y "no drag and drop".
9.- Me reservo el derecho de cambiar los términos de uso sin previo aviso.
Para mis outlines o lineas:
1.- Usted debe pintarlas antes de usarlas.
2.- Usted puede hacer sigtags (firmas), websets, layouts, adopciones... para su uso personal, despues de pintarlas.
3.- En los websets que usted haga, por favor denme el crédito correspondiente.
4.- Usted no puede alterar, cambiar ni modificar su tamaño.
5.- Usted no puede hacer tubos con mis outlines sin Tube License de Sildabiabp.
6.- Usted no puede quitar un trozo de una oultine mia para añadir otro.
7.- Usted no puede redistribuir mis outlines
8.- Usted no puede hacer tutoriales con mis outlines sin mi permiso por escrito.
9.- Usted no puede reclamar como suyas mis outlines.
10.- Usted no puede compartir en grupos yahoo, msn, google, foros, live journal, etc... mis outlines.
11.- Todas mis outlines estan hechas de dibujos encontrados de la red sin derechos de autor o de mi propia imaginación.
Para mis tubos pixel:
1.- Usted puede hacer sigtags (firmas), websets, layouts, adopciones... para su uso personal.
2.- En los websets que usted haga con mis tubos, por favor denme el crédito correspondiente.
3.- Usted no puede alterar, cambiar ni modificar su tamaño.
4.- Usted no puede quitar modificar mis tubos.
5.- Usted no puede redistribuir mis tubos
6.- Usted no puede hacer tutoriales con mis tubos sin mi permiso por escrito.
7.- Usted no puede reclamar como suyos mis tubos.
10.- Usted no puede compartir en grupos yahoo, msn, google, live journal, foros, etc... mis tubos.
11.- Todas los tubos que ofrezco aqui o son hechos con mis outlines, o con outlines de otras compañeras de las que añado mi licencia y el crédito correspondiente.
12.- Usted no puede copiar o reproducir mis gráficos y reclamarlos como suyos.
13.- Usted no puede ofrecerlos para descarga, ni compartirlos en grupos yahoo, msn, google, live journal, foros etc..
Para los tubos AS-IS (tal cual) y outlines/lineas AS-IS
Las normas idénticas a las de mis tubos y lineas o outlines.
Usted debe dar crédito a SildabiaBP y a la artista creadora del lineart, en caso de éste no estar hecho por mi.
Para mis licencias de tubos pixel
1.- Todasa las licencias son numeradas y personalizadas, y está totalmente prohibido compartirlas.
2.- La licencia de tubo es válida exclusivamente para 1 sitio web.
3.- Usted debe mostrar el logo de licencia de tubo en cada página hecha con los tubos y poner enlace a mi sitio web, o bien darme crédito en un lugar para ese fin .
4.- Los tubos que ha hecho con mis outlines continúan llevando mi copyright. No reclamarlos como propios.
5.- Mi licencia de tubos es una 'lifetime' comprenderá todo el tiempo de vida de mi sitio.
Para mis sigtags (firmas pixel)
1.- Son exclusivamente para su uso personal (los sigtags que yo le ofrezco) y se requiere enlace ahttp://design.cuquialonso.es/SildabiaBP
2.- Prohibido totalmente ofrecerlos para descarga.
