For this month of January let’s try these new rules for Bingo, then please let me know if this suits you.
In my opinion it is impossible to make all the tasks to be done without a deadline, I mean that the natural deadline is the end of the month (Mastercards, card-sets and activities have to be collected, done and organized within the month) but I made one of the bigger prizes achievable anytime for members who can regularly play our game. We still can change or balance the prizes, but for now let’s try this way.

There are 3 prizes to be won, depending on the activities we have participated in or organized during the current month and/or later.

To win the 3th prize we have to: (to be done within the month)
. Make at least 1  card-set
. Collect at least 5  Mastercards
. Participate at least in 5 activities/events of your choice (included games, teamworks and so on)
. Organize at least 1 activity (included games and so on)

To win the 2nd prize we need to: (to be done within the month)
. Make at least 3 card-sets
. Organize  4  activities or more (included games, teamworks and so on)

To win the 1st prize:  (to be done anytime)
. Participate at least in 12 activities/events scheduled in our calendar.

To win the TRIS prize we have to:
. Make 3 or more card-sets
. Collect 3 or more Mastercards
. Participate in 3 or more monthly events
(like Card Making Contest, Teamworks, Monthly Smiley and so on)

To win the FULL prize we need to:
. Participate in 3 or more special events
(Rides, Special Days, Challenges and so on, that is all the events that change every months)
. Organize 3 or more activities

To win the POKER prize,
we simply  need  to participate in all the activities scheduled in our calendar.
